For example, why is it that 95% of all diet attempts fail? Why do New Year's Resolutions last no more than a few days? Why can't people with good intentions seem to make consistent and positive strides in the way they want to improve their careers, financial fitness, physical fitness, and so on?

I can't get over it.
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
This will improve and help you choose to make the right choice and shorten the Make mentality; veering focus on the sub par goals in your life. This book will change how you make a difference in your own life, at work; I would recommend it to anyone. The Now Habit at Work was a great purchase!!
What other book might you compare The Now Habit at Work to and why?

Hard to Stay Focused
I found this book very hard to focus on and found that the author really did not explore any of the ideas in much depth. Really just scratched the surface, kind of disappointed because I expected some tools/tricks to help with workload. I dont recommend this book as it was OK. I will be re-listening to this book to get my moneys worth, but it will not be for my enjoyment.
