one of my favourite books
one of my favourite books I love to read time and time again . and I love listening to the audio . Hugh Fraser is brilliant at telling the story . only wished he did all the books . can't get on with listening to any of the others .

Fabulous audiobook
Hugh Fraser's excellent characterisation of Poirot's first outing is superb. A very enjoyable story from start to finish!

Such a good listen! and read by Hugh Fraser who plays Hastings in the television series of Poirot! what a lovely voice to listen to.

One of the best
Loved the story and the characters. Hugh Fraser is a fantastic reader as usual. I was hooked from the beginning and didn't guess the ending at all!

Still amazing even today. The clues are there and you feel a fool when you realise you ignored them. Read superbly.

Good opener
This must be one of the few Agatha Christie books I'm not overly familiar with. Story was fine, introduced the reader/listener to Poirot and Hastings and how they knew each other. Did like it was narrated by the same actor who played Hastings; Hugh Fraser, that made it sound like a proper Poirot story.

Great Story by Agatha Christie.
The Mysterious Affair at Styles is a great first introduction of Hercule Poirot and Captain Hastings investigating the murder of Mrs Inglethorpe.
Narrated superbly by Hugh Fraser.
Only problem are the chapters inside of chapters, is so hard to do the chapter's as the original book. If they can't Audible should give us a special programme to edit the chapters correctly and to put the titles of each chapter if the chapter has titles.

Agatha you genius
What a great start to the legacy of Poirot. And the skills of a genius like Agatha to bring him to life. Well narrated and enjoy!
