あらすじ・解説

The Lesson of Jonah includes a short story or wail tale about two seventh graders vying for the job of Student Council president. Steve is initially declared the victor, but when he is callous to his opponent, the votes are re-counted and a runoff election is held. Steve is defeated – and has a hard time handling the loss. Readers learn power should be used to serve others, and that surrendering their lives to God is a wise thing to do. Scripture citations and discussion questions make this Bible study suitable for parents, teachers and other caregivers who want to share their faith at home, church, school, or in the community.
