20% common sense 80% fluff
It could have been a 1/4 of the length and taught the same.
At one point he says remove yourself from email subscriber lists that fill your inbox and waste your time, then to get some information from the spreadsheet from the book you go to his page and have to join his subscriber list! What a hypocrite!
