Listeners will learn how to overcome the challenges facing the vast majority of professionals, including the pressures and pain points that come from being caught in the middle, and will gain the confidence and competence to step into their roles as significant influencers. There are endless opportunities for those trying to lead from the middle of an organization. Featuring a plethora of stories, studies, and development models and strategies, 360 Degree Leader equips you with the skills you need to begin making a difference in your organization, career, and life, today - with or without the promotion. Surprisingly Impactful
I avoided this book for many years, assuming it would be full of cliche or fluffy self-help leadership content, yet kept coming across recommendations of it. After spending several hours listening to it and reflecting on the content I’m sad that I didn’t read it earlier. I would easily put this in my top 5 impactful business books.

Do you feel stuck in the "middle" (management)?
A GREAT book with tremendous insight and tips for anyone in middle management to become a 360 degree leader...there are so many takeaways and golden nuggets to give you a new outlook and mindset on your position in the company and how much "power" (influence) you can actually have. I highly recommend this.

great book for people in the middle of organisatio
I would recommend this book for people in mid leadership position or who wants to achieve leadership positions. I love John Maxwell books because they are very motivational and provide good tips which you can use practically. Helps review where you are now, analyze your behaivour and provide tips to improve. The main point is that position does not make you a leader, and you need to concentrate on developing yourself everyday.
