Each week, you’ll find a focused theme with motivational guidance, a concrete challenge, and reflective journal prompts. Writing things down is more than just note-taking; studies show journaling can reduce stress and improve mental clarity

How to use this book: Start with Week 1 (ideally at the beginning of July, or whenever you begin) and move forward week by week.
