Basic info

Good for beginners or someone who doesn’t know a lot about what sugar does to your body and why you should give it up.

Amazing!

This book has worked well for me. I deducted a star, because it has some confusing aspects: tells you not to grill, but then says to have a grilled turkey burger for lunch; has you skipping all over the book to find the serving size it listed 4 chapters ago; lists all kinds of "ready to eat" snacks, but they're not available locally; and there just aren't enough recipes if you want to make your own foods. I am amazed at how few foods there are in the US that don't contain sugar or salt!

Very informative

Excellent!

It was helpful in reducing sugar out of my diet...but I didn't loose weight until I reduced nuts, diary and most fat.

Highly recommend

The program is laid out so clearly on how to shop and how to get started. Each week was truly an adventure in success. The book also has easy and great recipes. The testimonies were so encouraging too. I am finally succeeding at making better choices, I have so much more energy and I am losing weight! Highly recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with any weight issues or health problems.

Improved my health!

I followed the books' orders. Tweaked a few things and was still able to lean up my body. I have less fat than ever. Im Highly recommending this book. I read constantly articles, books and studies on health and diet, buth this book was able to convince me to make the necessary changes. I was always in good shape and was always eating very healthy, and still the Sugar Detox improved my extremely healthy lifestyle.

Helped in many ways

The sugar detox plan has helped my wife and I feel better and shed some lbs. After doing the detox we incorporated some of the tips in our diet. No cream in our coffee and no refined empty calorie sugar items!
