Superb resource compound with the necessary suppo.
Plainly a useful tool without limits. Some people complain about the overuse of extreme examples or the narrators acting out the dialogues, but the examples are there precisely to help the people with the must dire needs, and at the same time reinforce the usefulness of the methods described. The narration is on point, could it have worked without the acting, perhaps, but it certainly detracts anything from the material and goes on to emphasize that those are stressful situations for all involved one way or another, so it does make the book more realistic.
