このコンテンツについて

Shango and the Amazing Magical No Worries Spell is part of a series of books which aim to deal with a number of childhood issues, such as sleep, fears and phobias, and anger using direct suggestion and repetition. This book deals specifically with anxiety and worry.

Anxiety or worry is a common issue among children and can take many different forms. Anxiety can have adverse effects on behavior and health and can include general anxiety disorder, stomach pains, inorganic hearing loss, sleeplessness, bed-wetting, panic attacks, separation anxiety, repetitive behavior, and disrupted eating habits. Anxiety can be a normal passing phase and part of growing up; however, if the symptoms persist for more than a couple of weeks or to the point where you are concerned, then professional advice should be obtained.

Shango books are based around the central character of Shango Tidbog. Shango and his friends, using magic spells, aims to help children overcome common issues. Tidbogs live in both the real world and the Dream World, where they have the power to help their special friend (the child) and confer spells upon them given by Tidbog wizards, known as Wizbogs. All the books have a common thread to improve positivity and happiness within the child.

The books are not intended as traditional stories for children; the emphasis is on the book being a tool for the parent to help their children overcome the specific childhood issues that concern the child or parent. They are not intended to replace medication or medical treatment. Please seek the advice of your medical professional if in doubt or symptoms persist.
