概要
He contemplated suicide as a boy when he developed a debilitating disease. He was constantly hounded and hunted which forced him into hiding for months at a time. He was arrested and beaten severely. He was kidnapped by one of the most dangerous cults in the world. This is the true story of Brother Shen, one of the most significant Christian leaders in the world today as the head of China Gospel Fellowship. It is his story in his words. It is very unusual that an active leader of one of the major house church movements in China share his life story, let alone while he is still in active leadership. This story demonstrates that there is no limit as to what God can do in the life of a surrendered vessel. It will challenge you, encourage you and our prayer is that it will move you to action. キリスト教 キリスト教徒の生活 宗教 布教・布教活動 福音主義 聖職・福音主義

批評家のレビュー

"We in the Western Church have in our relative ease and abundance, fallen asleep in the Light. We MUST listen to our brothers and sisters in Christ who understand what it means to rejoice even as they share Christ’s sufferings. We, too, should be ready."
–Wayne Shepherd, Christian Radio Host

"Pastor Shen Xiao Feng’sbook provides an intimate conversation on the backgrounds and current state of the Church in China. It is truly a primer on basic Christianity, a badly needed gift to the American church."
–Michael Card, Author, Teacher, Songwriter

"Such a book is rarely written. It takes courage. It involves risk. Yet the man is willing to tell his story. His writing reveals much that is unknown. It describes the complexities facing the Chinese Church. No one reading this book can remain uninspired."
–Tetsunao Yamamori, International Director, LCWE
