Chris was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and avascular necrosis in both hips—excruciatingly painful and degenerative conditions that are debilitating if left untreated.

And during this time, he learned that he and his wife were expecting.

Now, facing the reality of needing two full hip replacement surgeries, just 18 months apart, and a baby daughter on the way, any doubts about such an invasive procedure were pointless.

Enduring the pain and challenges of the surgery, Chris then embarked on years of physical therapy and rehabilitation.
