The award winning novel, "Momentous," follows the life of a boy and his family as they come face to face with life growing up in eighties and nineties America.
Navigating the ins and outs of an absent father and a traumatized mother, and marked by choices made around religious zealots, drug addicted family, and growing up with his gay siblings in suburbia. We discover that as we grow, we become collectors of memories, keeping the ones that matter and throwing out the ones that don’t. Our choices rely heavily on how we interpret our past, and what meaning that we give to those memories. This dark and humorous journey helps us to discover how every event in our lives shapes and rocks us to the core of the person we will grow into.
