あらすじ・解説
Viola True responds eagerly to the advert placed by widower and town sheriff Jerome Callow. Jerome lives in a small town called Haven with his two children. Viola sees this as a plan to escape her abusive husband Marshall, fearing he will eventually kill her if she stays. Viola travels to Haven to become Jerome's wife with the guilt that she hasn't told him about the dark secret that haunts her. She slowly begins to trust and develop affection for Jerome and his children, slowly letting love back into her life. She forms a close friendship with her haunting neighbor, Rose.
