Did the story keep me engaged: yes
Was I invested in the characters: yes

📖 Story comment: Good pace, likeable characters, nice flow. Considering how short this is, it was entertaining and I enjoyed the interaction between Luca and Marcel. There isn't much in the way of character development, but having listened to Hostile Takeover first, it was nice to get more of a glimpse into Macel's character.

🎧 Narrator comment: I enjoyed Michael Dean's narration, he knows how to bring the best to Lucy Lennox's characters. He has good cadence, inflections and intonations and it's easy to distinguish the characters from each other. Overall an enjoyable performance.

Love this!

I adore this. Soo funny and so swoony. Can we just appreciate marcel and his sass, and also be so happy to get to know them and their relationship outside of the intro of these two in hostile takeover. Totally sweet short story—can be a standalone but sets you up for more!

The story is an hour long

And they got married on the first day they met. Disappointed on many levels. Michael Dean is great however.

Too short

This storyline is really really good I just wish it was longer to fighto find out whether or not he got the hotel and stuff like that it was just too short of a book for me but I love the 2 characters

Insta love Insta buy

Luca & Marcel by Lucy Lennox, narrated by Michael Dean is a classic insta love story! It was short and sweet, super spicy and adorable. I loved Marcel. he was a fiesty character that gives listeners a fun and sassy MC to relate to.
As always Michael Dean gave a phenomenal performance!

Great short

Really enjoyed this short romance story. Michael Dean did a good job with the characters and bringing the story to life. bring on book 2.. well worth the credit and your time to listen.

Perfect lead up to the next book.

Love this short. These two were adorable to have Michael narrate. Can’t wait for the next one to come to audible.

Short but good

I listened to this on audio, and because I speed up most narrators, this made a short story very short but enjoyable.

I did laugh a lot at the shenanigans of Billionaire Luca and his temp PA Marcel. But, if nothing else, it will make you smile a lot, and that's what we need from our romance fiction.

This is a good story, with zany characters and lust. Well written has good narration, and overall a really fun read.

Michael Dean is a great narrator and doesn't disappoint, and I did speed up to 1.25 on audible.
