Good read but basicly cook book

I enjoyed most of the book since it is a god read but basicly cook book at least 30% of book. There are several tips&tricks for IF. But it does not get into deep - it is not to be excpected for book this size.

Very informative book.

This book is an exceptionally decent. Obviously composed and very much examined and refered to. Straightforward. Only straightforward supper plan and how to start irregular fasting yourself.

I found this to be a very easy

There is much in it I wouldn't have thought of since I like sustenance a lot to consume less calories, so this is extremely adroit to learner health food nuts.

Fun, easy to follow, informative, delicious.

Excellent book I thoroughly enjoyed it and I find intermittent fasting health promoting and life saving not to mention the longevity factor that it produces.I would recommend this book as a starting point for anyone looking to understand and try out Intermittent Fasting.

It's a finished manual about fasting. Some imperative methodology gave. A decent manual. Really amazing book.
