Lucas Brown, alpha of the east and south Caribou pack, is in a bit of a pickle. How? His parents are high up in society. Yes, his father retired to him, but he expects him to act appropriately—even in an alpha position—and that means taking a mate and having pups. Little does he realize that Basil is a council member.
Basil Jammer, one of the newer members of the council, and a dragon to boot. He’s been invited to one of the non-profit events that the Browns in the Caribou pack are putting on. He does not expect to run into their charming and handsome son, Lucas. He does not expect sparks to fly between the two of them, and he doesn’t expect Lucas to run away from him.
