Four years ago, together with my sister, Mitch, we started our own home boarding, home day care, and dog walking business. Surprisingly, it wasn’t exactly a walk in the park. Fast-forward a couple of years, and we have a five-star rated business that is invariably full and with a waiting list of potential customers. So what did we learn on that journey? What do you need to know to start and grow your own dog business, whether home boarding, day care, and/or dog walking?
