The On the Tip of Your Tongue series identifies words in 11 key categories for you to learn so that you can become a more fluent speaker of a new language. This series is effective because it allows you to approach a language from both sides: the language you wish to learn, with the words in that language first, followed by your language, with each word spoken twice. Many students find this approach less stressful, because it enables them to hear the new language and visualize the proper word in their own language; using both of these approaches in tandem works best for most people.
