Edges is the story of a young girl's dramatic coming-of-age in 1960s Israel and Palestine. A National Jewish Book Council Selection, a National Women's Studies Association Selection, and the recipient of a Pen / Faulkner Foundation stipend for the author, Edges was originally published by Glad Day Books, Grace Paley, editor, and was hailed as a "stunning and provocative debut...that has a lot to say about love, identity, history, and the meaning of nationality".
