Within every person rests a careful balance of energies. When balanced, these energies help us maintain a state of health and vibrancy at every age and through every season of life. Imbalances in these energies can lead to detrimental effect, making us more prone to disease, discomfort, and distress. Just as you would attend to the physicality of your body by eating nourishing foods and practicing daily movement, you must learn to attend to the energies within your body in order to achieve deep and accelerated healing.

The aim of this audiobook is to provide you with simple, self-guided meditations intended to be incorporated into your daily practice. You will find three distinct meditations within this audiobook:

Meditation one: "Wake and Rejuvenate" is designed to help you begin your day. Practice this meditation soon upon waking.

Meditation two: "Recline and Rest" is designed to ease your mind and body into the energetically balanced state most conducive to a restful night’s sleep. Practice this meditation before bedtime: either in bed or on a comfortable mat on the floor of your bedroom.

Meditation three: "Short Refocus & Healing Balance" is intentionally shorter than the first two meditations, allowing you to practice healing balance even when your day allows less time for your meditative practice. You’ll find similarity and overlap between each of the three meditations. This is intentional: As your mind and body become more familiar with these practices, you will begin to rest more and more easily, maintaining a state of inner energetic balance even as you face stressful or disquieting situations in your path.

As part of your daily healing practice, these meditations will ease your transition to more balanced chakras, reduced anxiety and discomfort, and greater peace both internally and with those around you.
