In modern times, we have too much available food, and much is poor in quality. How can we manage achieving a healthy body and maintaining that health long-term?

Intermittent fasting. There may be a lot of "hype" around it these days, but this is no fad or trend. It's a method of health management that has been around for as long as humans have, we just have some scientific information now.
