The pandemic is over, but its effects are still resonating across the country and they’re growing louder, not softer.
Former journalist, Maggie Langton and ex-Enforcer and current fugitive from the government, Jim O’Reilly, are settling in to their new lives at the remote Hideaway Camp, a ranch camp in the northern Arizona wilderness. O’Reilly is faced with a difficult choice—leave the children alone at the camp and try to rescue Maggie, even though he knows neither may return alive, or stay at the camp and make sure the children are safe.
