This week, we're wrapping up our childhood horror theme with our most nostalgic episode yet (while also getting over a cold, sorry).
Let's take a look back at the horror that made us by judging just how much those scary movies on TV traumatized us, and round it out with some more age appropriate horror that also happened to be way cooler than anything these kids nowadays are watching.
So join us for a very personal look back at our first horror movies, from childhood all the way through high school, while we judge them based on how much they had us shaking in our little boots. Afterwards, stick around for spoiler free reviews of Ernest Scared Stupid and the live action Scooby Doo, picked by each of us as the definitive kid horror movies from our respective childhoods.
These are the movies that made us into the horror fans we are today, and I'm eternally grateful to them for fueling the passion that led to me meeting my soul mate and ultimately sitting down every week to make this thing together that brings us so much joy. I love you more than anything, Becca (and I love all of you, too <3).
As always, please feel free to email us ideas for games and movies you'd like to hear us cover!
