It is October 19, 2026. Welcome to yestohellwith.com.For the past four episodes, we have examined the prosecution of Orlando Carter and the conduct of the federal officials responsible for investigating, prosecuting, and subsequently defending his conviction. We have examined the banking records. The contradictions involving the alleged $4 million loan. The statement by former United States Attorney Benjamin Glassman that evidence of the loan had been shredded. And the subsequent response from the Executive Office for United States Attorneys finding no records documenting that destruction. But today, I want to move beyond Benjamin Glassman.Because exposing an injustice is not enough. We must address the system that permits injustice to occur and makes correcting it so extraordinarily difficult.Consider what happened to Orlando Carter.A major financial institution became central to a federal criminal prosecution. The FBI investigated.Federal prosecutors advanced the case.A jury convicted. And Carter was sentenced to fifteen years in prison.Years later, banking records and federal regulatory correspondence challenged the very loan that had become the centerpiece of the prosecution.Yet Carter continued fighting for answers.Think about the enormous imbalance of power. On one side stood the Department of Justice, federal investigators, prosecutors, and the machinery of the federal judiciary. On the other stood one American seeking to challenge the foundation of his conviction. And this raises a question every citizen should consider. Why should an American have to spend years attempting to establish facts that competent investigators and prosecutors should have verified before seeking a conviction? That question brings us to the Liberty Dialogues System.Liberty Dialogues was developed to challenge the presumptions upon which governmental and institutional authority frequently operates. The framework begins with a disciplined sequence.Presumption.Authority.Jurisdiction.Status.Standing.Obligation.Enforcement.Rather than accepting the government’s conclusions simply because they come from an official institution, Liberty Dialogues requires examination of the foundation supporting those conclusions. What authority is being exercised? What facts establish jurisdiction? What legal status is being assigned?Who possesses standing? What obligation has actually been established? And what lawful basis supports enforcement? Now apply that sequence to Carter. The prosecution rested heavily upon the existence of an alleged $4 million obligation. But PNC’s banking records identified only a separate $250,000 debt. The OCC communicated the bank’s position. And later questions emerged concerning the evidence the Department of Justice claimed had been destroyed. The Liberty Dialogues approach would have demanded examination of the disputed financial premise before accepting it as established. That is the value of disciplined analysis. It forces the conversation away from institutional prestige and back toward proof. But education alone cannot correct every institutional failure. That brings us to Constitutional County. The Constitutional County initiative is intended to restore constitutional awareness, civic responsibility, and meaningful accountability at the local level. Its central proposition is that Americans should understand the constitutional limits of governmental power and participate actively in ensuring that public officials respect those limits.County officials, sheriffs, prosecutors, judges, and citizens all have responsibilities within the constitutional structure. Those responsibilities must be exercised within the law.A county cannot simply overturn a federal conviction or disregard federal judicial authority. But communities can insist upon transparency, preserve documentary evidence, support lawful oversight, educate citizens about constitutional protections, and demand accountability from officials entrusted with public power.Imagine the difference if more Americans understood how to question unsupported governmental assertions before those assertions became accepted institutional conclusions.Imagine citizens who knew how to identify the legal authority being claimed. How to demand relevant records. How to distinguish an accusation from proof. How to preserve evidence. And how to pursue available remedies before an injustice becomes embedded in years of litigation. That is the broader purpose of Liberty Dialogues and Constitutional County. One provides an analytical framework. The other proposes a community-based approach to constitutional education and accountability.Together, they encourage Americans to become informed participants in the preservation of their own liberties. Now return to Benjamin Glassman.I have accused him of lying about the destruction of evidence concerning the $4 million loan. That accusation deserves an independent examination of his statement, his knowledge, and the records available to him.The same principle ...
