Real estate agent and author Zed Nasheet joins Jeremy Cordeaux and Gary Hiscock to talk about his new book, The Art of Closing Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime. Zed says selling is about persuasion and storytelling rather than pressure, and that real estate is about people, not properties.
He shares the tough first three years when he made no money, his run as a top salesperson, the story of dating someone for six weeks to land a listing, and why too much choice kills a sale. Jeremy recalls the armed guard at a Burnside jewellery store and confesses he is usually sold on a house before he makes the inquiry.
This interview aired live on The Court of Public Opinion on Friday 16 October 2026.
