In this homily, Father Luke Mary Fletcher, CFR reflects on the parable of the vineyard and the generosity of God. Everything we need is given to us through His love and grace, especially the gift of His Son, Jesus, in the Holy Eucharist.
Father Luke also draws from the example of Saint Francis, whose life of humility, poverty, and generous giving reminds us that when we stop trying to take and possess everything for ourselves, we become more open to receiving what God gives.
The Eucharist is the greatest gift, where Christ gives Himself to us and calls us to greater gratitude, humility, love, and generosity.
May this homily encourage you to recognize God's generosity and receive His grace with a grateful heart.
