Hey Sis 💛

Not every feeling, urge, or reaction deserves the final say.

Today we’re studying Galatians 5:16–21, where Paul gets very practical about what it looks like to live by the Spirit instead of simply following whatever our flesh wants in the moment.

And Sis, this one may step on a few toes.

Because sometimes the question isn’t whether we know what’s right.

Sometimes we know exactly what’s right and still feel pulled in the opposite direction.

But Galatians reminds us that the struggle itself doesn’t mean God is finished with us.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s repentance, surrender, and learning to follow the Holy Spirit one decision at a time.

So before you respond, react, or make that next move, maybe there’s one question worth asking:

Is this my flesh speaking, or is the Holy Spirit leading me?
