In 2070 Texas, two street racers become devious rivals after a brief showdown. One is Franklin Blanchard, a young man of generational wealth, possessing a boyish aggression and happy disregard for his own safety. The other is Bethany Walker, a stoical and sarcastic motorcyclist whos spent most of her life as a drifter.
