あらすじ・解説
This is the second book in the I.Q. Trilogy. It occurs 150 years after Book One - Beyond the Great Wall.

Democracy gives way to dictatorship as, step by step, he reclaims his throne, and ruthlessly brings about a return to the I.Q. system. Only one small band of people stands in his way. This gruesome tale, where Sweeny Todd meets Alfred Hitchcock, ends with a twist of Greek Tragedy.
