Howard Duff stars as writer Dashiell Hammett's famous detective, Sam Spade. Celebrated for its light-hearted approach and breezy banter, the Spade series was a certified hit and popular favorite among radio listeners of the era.

This Sam Spade Double-Feature showcases two series highlights: "The Death of Dr. Denhoff Caper" and "The Vapphio Cup Caper."
