It felt unrealistic that the parents didn’t try harder to stop Pip from putting herself in danger.
I didn’t like how Cara suddenly disappeared from the story.
It felt like there was potential for a big conflict or emotional tension, but the book just dropped it without giving enough explanation.
That made the story feel incomplete and less satisfying to me.
