Tildy is used to causing a bit of trouble.

That is, until she finds Anna, a cute yet lonely woman with an honest belief in Tildy's kind, a belief strong enough to allow Tildy to not only grant her wish, but to actually appear to the woman.
Anna may regret that belief, however, because her wish to find others who share it gives Tildy a naughty idea. She grants Anna a Midas touch that causes anyone she comes into physical contact with her to believe in fairies. It isn't permanent, Tildy isn't that strong, but it lasts long enough for a single, sexy wish, one that invariably focuses on the cute girl who just touched the wisher.
