The affirmations within this audiobook helped get me out of a very dark place which at the time felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel. Once I began buying into these daily affirmations and applying them very subtly within my routine, this is when I began seeing a change in my overall character. I was happier, more grateful, kinder to others, and reassured of the amazing person I am and continue to be.
