Das war abzusehen. Nach all der Gehirnwäsche, den körperlichen Strapazen und dem Hochgenuß von hundert Jahre altem Kuchen, landet die gesamte Belegschaft der Firma inklusive Heff im Krankenhaus. Zwischen tonnenweise Beruhigungsmitteln, verschrobenen Patienten, einem leicht labilen Vertreter der Armee-Versicherung, einer sadistischen Krankenschwester und dem Doktor, der seinen Namen nicht nennen will, erleben Heff und seine Mannen was es heist, sich mit dem Gesundheitssystem anzulegen. Nicht einmal Heffs Fische bleiben davon verschont.

Heff, der Chef der Firma, die brilliert und firmiert, bekommt überaschend Besuch von einem Kunden. Als wäre das allein nicht schon Grund genug zum Wundern, überlegt der Kunde tatsächlich, Heff einen Großauftrag zu vermitteln. Jedoch muss sich Heffs Firma erst einmal beweisen. Das offensichtliche Chaos, die Bademäntel tragenden oder ständig schlafenden Angestellten, der ständig nörgelnde Praktikant und nicht zuletzt Heffs eigene Inkompetenz machen keinen sonderlich vertrauenserweckenden Eindruck.
