Joining us at Audible Studios is Kerry Daynes, an English forensic psychologist and consultant who has worked as an expert witness and within the family law courts as well as opening her own private practices. Daynes has released her new book, The Dark Side of the Mind: True Stories from My Life as a Forensic Psychologist. Kerry Dayes has worked in maximum security prisons and secure hospitals, working alongside some of the most complex and challenging criminals and victims of crime.

Joining us in the Audible Studios to talk about his narration of the classic Charles Dickens novel Oliver Twist is Welsh actor Jonathan Pryce. Paolini's newest book has been released: The Fork, the Witch, and the Worm, from Tales of Alagaësia. My Life with Murderers is Wilson's account of his career, from being the youngest prison governor in the UK to gaining his professorship at Birmingham City University. His book is a study of the dark capabilities of human nature. In this interview, we spoke about the wide continuum of people that make up ‘murderers’, the decline of the prison systems and what sort of conversations he’s had with serial killers.

Joining us at the Audible Studios are Greg James and Chris Smith, authors of the Kid Normal books and famous as BBC Radio 1 presenters. They have taken their collaboration on air to the world of writing and audiobook narration to bring us the joys of protagonist Murph Cooper, aka Kid Normal, and the Super Zeroes. They are now on the third installment in the series: Kid Normal and the Shadow Machine, in which Kid Normal and the Super Zeroes lead the charge as supervillain Magpie declares all-out war.

Jason Isaacs joins us in the Audible Studios to discuss narrating The Island of Dr Moreau by H. G. Wells. Playing the iconic role of Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter films as well as Dr. Hunter Aloysius 'Hap' Percy in The OA and being part of the Star Trek franchise, he is a prolific and renowned actor. In this interview, Jason tells us about narrating The Island of Dr Moreau, what his kids think of this work, and the casting director who thought his hands were more interesting than his acting talent.

Joining us in the Audible Studios is Welsh actor Alexander Vlahos. In this interview, Alexander tells us what he likes about narrating and what it’s like to be an actor. Vlahos narrates H. G. In the past century, a total of 491 women have been elected to parliament. However, it wasn’t until 2016 that the total number of women ever elected eventually surpassed the number of male MPs in a single parliament. We spoke about Rachel about interviewing Teresa May for the book and how being a woman MP has affected her career.

Joining us at Audible Studios is David Wallace-Wells, deputy editor of New York magazine and now climate change writer with his book The Uninhabitable Earth. The book is based on a much viewed article David wrote of the same name which goes through the possible worst-case scenarios on our earth due to global warming, such as economic collapse, famine and overheating.

After studying Journalism at the University of Central Lancashire, Stacey worked as an assistant editor at We Love This Book magazine and a media editor at the Bookseller magazine, as well as writing for Psychologies, The Independent, and Fabulous magazine, where she is now Deputy Chief Sub-Editor. Alongside editorial work, Stacey has written her first novel, an exciting historical fiction set within the drama of the 1612 Pendle witch trials.
