This book is about the space we all have in the now of our lives that we live and love day to day as we travel through it to find what we have never lost in that complete isness that comes upon us suddenly sometimes when we least expect it but is so welcomed and reached for and so wished for when. This is my story of Zazen....

Why are they targeting the disadvantaged? Why are the rich not taxed fairly? Why does everyone feel so powerless to make change for the better? Why is the anger of so many not being addressed? Why do the rich keep getting richer, while the poor are kept poor? Why is austerity becoming worse while the government laugh their heads off and give themselves huge pay raises and take so much? Why are they not paying for the austerity measures that they instigated and perpetuate?

The old paradigms are no longer serving humanity and so are falling away into the illusion they came from - although some still use them as stepping stones out of a lingering fear. But that also is disappearing, to be replaced with courage to understand the deeper mysteries. And in this way the student, be it in quantum physics or just as a layman, with thirst to know, will begin the inner journey to what has never been closer and yet has always seemed so far away.
