How We Regulate Triggers

How well do you know yourself when it comes to your triggers? When you find yourself in a moment being triggered, what do you tend to do inside the body? I’ve noticed a few things I tend to do when I feel triggered but the main thing is system shut down. I can get radio silent when I’m in a state where I don’t believe I’m safe to function properly as a human being. Allow me to share more on this subject for topic #1.

Fuck, I wish I knew what I knew now as a young pup coming up. I would have saved myself so much unnecessary yearning for validation and approval from people that I don’t even talk to anymore in life. The battle has always been me versus me yesterday with what I would learn. There’s plenty of things I’d like to share with the young boys coming up now that may give them perspective for how to move going forward in life.

A question commonly asked of us as humans, what’s seems to be more important…the journey or the destination in life? We go through life with so many goals, so many things we want to obtain, but how did you feel when you got said things? Fulfilled? Satisfied? How did we end up with more goals after those? Let’s talk about it…
