  • Episode 22 Biden's Border security lie, No Degree = State Job, does MORE taxes make things affordable
    2024/02/06

00:00 - This scaremongering from the Senate and president to pass this bill to close the border is nothing more than a payoff for political operatives and states. Watch this video to see why they are lying to you and not telling you this

The relevant portion of 8 U.S.C. § 1182(f) states: "Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate." This provision has been cited in the past to support presidential actions such as travel bans or restrictions on certain groups of individuals entering the United States. However, it's essential to note that the exercise of this authority is subject to legal and constitutional limitations, and presidential actions may be subject to legal challenges. In summary, under Title 8 of the United States Code, the President does have the authority to take actions related to the suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions on aliens if it is deemed to be in the national interest. The specifics of any such actions are typically outlined in proclamations issued by the President.

32:39 - Mass state Governor Healey as well as The Army, Navy and various businesses are dropping degree requirements. Is this a race to the bottom and are there actually good things that might come out of this.

47:51- Politicians complain that everything is becoming unaffordable for large portions of their constituents. So they keep raising fees, taxes and wages and don't understand why no one is getting ahead.
