How We Reveal

Have you ever thought so highly of someone that you really forgot about how valuable that you were all on your own? The mere moments of being in their presence just made you feel like you weren’t worthy of being around them? I find it amazing what the human mind can have you believe about yourself at times. What’s also interesting is knowing that mostly what it comes up with is nonsense combined with fear. I believe we are all worthy of love and have value to give to this world.

As mentioned before, I am an advocate for going to therapy and one of the gems of therapy is that we can reveal to heal the wounds inside of us. Sometimes emotions are just roaming around inside of us because we haven’t diagnosed them. I believe that if we faced what we are feeling and allow what we are feeling to be seen then the power over our mind goes away. What do you think?

Anyone in your life ever take your kindness for weakness? I firmly believe from experience that there’s a difference between being kind and being nice to people. Most opportunists love a nice person because they tend to not say no to what they’re asking of them. How many times has being nice to people came back to bite you in the ass? Let’s talk about this…
