概要
we experience so much throughout our lives. it can be hard to digest everything that we go through, and sometimes we want to hold on a little too tightly to the good and the bad. one lesson we will never fully master is letting go. i, for one, allow my control freak nature to hinder my growth mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. i want to get personal about the things that i cling to and ways that i let it all go.
