We meet many people with many personalities to go along and sometimes certain energies and behaviors just don’t mesh with you. I’m old enough to know what behavior just won’t work for me anymore, be it just in general or even in dating. As I continue to learn myself, I recognize that certain behaviors no longer have an appeal or even a space in my life. Peace is all that matters at this point.

There comes a moment in our life where we just get fed up with how things have gone in our life. Some of us just lose all hope and fold, but then there’s others of us who made the choice to better ourselves unapologetically to save our own lives perhaps. Mental health is so imperative for the man being that your feelings tend to be overlooked and just to suck it up because “you’re a man”. I encourage any man reading this to look into therapy and look into having a solid brotherhood to share your honest thoughts. It can save a life or more.

So on this channel, we’re constantly talking about practicing masculinity and all that comes with it, but what happens when default programming overrides and you go back to doing the beta bulls*** that once was? How do you come back from that and prosper? Do you get embarrassed? Do you fold? Do feel humiliated? Or do you just keep moving forward, flaws and all? Let’s talk about it…!
