How often would you say that you neglect doing something, simply because of the opinions of others?
I know what you're thinking, I never do that. It's easy to believe we don't care about what other people think. But the truth is, we do.
And we don't even realize it until it shows up - when we don't post, when we don't speak up, when we choose what is comfortable rather than what is good for us.
And often times, the biggest opinion we're afraid of, is our own.
We count ourselves out before we even give ourselves a chance to try. If we don't try, we can't disappoint ourselves and therefore don't have to live with the consequences.
In this episode we're dismantling the lie, "everyone is judging me." We know that people aren't thinking about us as much as we believe they are, but it's much deeper than that. We've already decided that who we are and what we're trying to do isn't good enough.
