• Fee for service is a prescription for burnout. One visit, $50-$400, they're gone. That's scratching the surface. Real results, real transformation, real testimonials — those come from programs, not appointments.

• Even if you start and have to adjust, you're still ahead of the person who never starts. The pre-work teaches you something either way. You can't get that from thinking about it.
