  • Episode 73 Your Feed Is Not Real Life: How Social Media Is Warping Dating
    2026/07/24

Is your feed shaping the way you see dating?

In this episode, I’m talking about how social media can distort our perception of the world, especially when it comes to dating, relationships, love, men, women, red flags, and modern romance.

The internet can show you something real without showing you the full truth. One story, one painful experience, one angry opinion, or one confident influencer can start to feel like evidence when the algorithm keeps feeding you more of the same.

And that’s where dating gets dangerous.

Because when your feed is full of betrayal, fear, gender wars, toxic relationship advice, and people turning pain into wisdom, you can start bringing that mindset into real life. You stop meeting people as individuals and start treating them like warnings.

In this episode, I talk about confirmation bias, dating advice online, modern relationship roles, emotional maturity, why healthy love can look boring compared to chaos, and why your feed should never become your blueprint.

The takeaway is simple: social media can teach you what to watch out for, but if you’re not careful, it can also teach you to watch out for love itself.

Your feed is not real life.

  • Episode 72 Love Doesn’t Last Without Repair: The Relationship Skill That Saves You
    2026/07/17

What actually keeps a relationship alive after someone gets hurt?

In this episode, I’m talking about repair — what it is, why it matters, and why “I’m sorry” isn’t always enough. Communication and acceptance are two of the most important things in any relationship, but repair may be the third piece most people are missing.

Because love doesn’t last because nothing ever breaks. It lasts because two people care enough to clean up the damage before it turns into resentment.

I’ll be talking about good repair, bad repair, apologies that don’t actually fix anything, and why so many couples keep having the same fight without ever really understanding each other. I’ll also share a simple exercise couples can use to slow down, listen better, and make sure both people actually understand what the other person is trying to say.

You don’t have to be perfect to have a healthy relationship. But you do need to know how to come back to each other after something goes wrong.

  • Episode 71 Trust Without Confusion, Love Without Control: Phone Transparency, Friends, and Boundaries
    2026/07/10

What does trust actually look like when phones, private messages, attractive friends, exes, and boundaries become part of the conversation?

In this episode, I’m talking about one of the hardest relationship topics today: phone transparency, privacy, jealousy, reassurance, and control. Some couples are completely comfortable with open phones. Some people see that as invasive. Some partners need reassurance to feel safe, while others start to feel controlled when every message, friendship, or interaction becomes a problem.

I don’t think there’s one universal answer to this.

The real question is whether two people can communicate honestly about what they need, what makes them feel safe, what feels respectful, and where reassurance starts becoming control. Because your partner shouldn’t have to live in confusion to prove they trust you, and you shouldn’t have to live under control to prove you love them.
