Every morning your body produces a report on your testosterone. Most men miss it completely, then spend years blaming work stress, poor sleep, getting older, and the wrong relationship dynamic for symptoms that all trace back to the same source.

In this episode, I'm going to walk you through six specific signs your testosterone is low, why each one gets misattributed to something else, and what to do if two or more of them apply to you right now.

❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Q: What are the signs of low testosterone in men?
A: The most consistent signs are unexplained fatigue regardless of sleep, body composition changes that training does not fix, loss of drive and competitive edge, mood flatness or irritability, reduced or absent morning erections, and a significant drop in sex drive. These tend to cluster together in the same man for the same hormonal reason.

Q: Is low morning wood a sign of low testosterone?
A: Yes. Nocturnal penile tumescence is a biological maintenance process driven by testosterone surges during REM sleep. When testosterone drops, morning erections become inconsistent and eventually stop. It is one of the most direct no-lab signals your body produces.

Q: What should I do if I think I have low testosterone?
A: If two or more of the signs in this episode apply to you and have been present for months, get your testosterone properly evaluated. A standard blood draw that comes back in the normal range is not the same as an optimal range. Normal and optimal are not the same number.
