I walk through what’s changing under the surface and why it matters later: bone density typically peaks in the early 30s, muscle is easier to build now than in later decades, metabolic flexibility can tighten over time, and chronic stress can reshape sleep, cravings, mood, and weight storage through cortisol and nervous system strain.
