I recorded this episode on July 9th and referred to scriptures that tell born-again believers in Christ that they stand in grace without my naming them exactly. Today, is July 10th, and here are they are: "Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into the grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God" (Romans 5: 1-2). Looking for the grace that is already ours opens the door to anger at God for not experiencing its transformative power when we want to change and obey God, only to fail at it. And it led me to "throw in the towel" and live as a gay man for seven years. Check out those episodes. Please note: We experience transformative grace when we walk in obedience.
