You Don’t Have to Earn Your Rest

Somewhere along the way, many of us started believing that rest was something we had to deserve.

We tell ourselves we’ll sit down once everything is finished. Once the emails are answered, the washing is done, the children are settled, the deadlines are met. But what if that day never really comes?
