This Yoga Nidra practice is an invitation into rest, awareness, and subconscious receptivity.Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation traditionally practiced lying down, allowing the body to deeply relax while awareness remains gently present. This third practice builds on the foundations of Nidra 1 and Nidra 2, deepening internal stability and introducing a more receptive state for working with sankalpa.Rather than trying to force change, this practice allows the nervous system to settle naturally.
