Yoga is something I never thought would benefit me until I tried it a few weeks back. If you're like me and are trying to stay active, yoga is the perfect exercise and practice. Not only does yoga have physical benefits, its main benefit is it's mental practices. Doing yoga every day in the mornings has made such a positive impact on my day. In this episode, I dive into how and why I started yoga, the benefits, and yoga as an exercise.
